Our company was established since September 2015 as a joint venture between Toei Shipping , Shibuta Shipping and Baosheng Marine.
Our headquarter is located in Tokyo, Japan and mainly responsible for the sale and purchase, financing, newbuilding projects and the new business development of the shipping market.
Our group owns in house technical management company(Dalian Bao Sheng Ship Management) and crewing company in Dalian, China and executive office in Singapore. Since the establishment, we have been committed to the development and expansion of the ocean-going fleet, as well we the comprehensive training of shore-based professional management personnel and crew. At present, we manage 15 ocean-going vessels (four are under construction) and operates on routes from the Far East to Southeast Asia and on global routes.
Our fleet consists of twin-deck, multi-purpose (MPP) as the main vessel type. Some of our major renowned customers includes NYK Bulk & Projects Carriers, Kawasaki Kinkai Kisen Kaisha, MOL Drybulk, Eastern Car Liner in Japan and Norden, Ultrabulk in Europe, and have maintained long-term and friendly relationships.
Our technical management team consists of many senior captains, engine officers and excellent shipping operators, who have accumulated rich experience in fleet management and operations. We hope to continue and strengthen cooperation with our customers internationally to create a trustworthy maritime shipping platform.
